The Process
Each piece begins with a feeling and a sketch. Several test iterations for form and glaze will be explored in the pottery studio before the final art.
Nature
The artist lives by the sea and explores the mountains both in the United States and Japan to gain inspiration.
和 (Wa)
The Japanese philosophy of harmony—finding beauty in the balance between nature, culture, and human connection.
